I bought this because I use Strava, Google Fit and Samsung Health to track my cycling workouts. I used to carry my phone in my pocket and listen to directions through Bluetooth headphones. When I got a call it was hard to stop or answer from the watch. I've looked at various models that seem to do the same thing. They tie your phone and snap in place with rubber bands etc; What I liked about WixGear is the magnetic attachment. It comes with metal plates that can either be attached with an adhesive backing or you can stick the plate between the case and the phone. I decided to place the plate between the case and the phone. I don't add much to the surface of my phone. That works great. I can quickly snap my phone back in place, attach the bungee cords, and walk away. I also like how it's adjustable. If I'm driving and the sun is obscuring my view of the phone, I can tilt it slightly while driving or quickly adjust it to my liking. Very easy to install on my bike which just has these weird shifters taking up a lot of space but the bracket fits well. I plan to replace the switches with combo switches to free up some space. For the moment it was a good buy for my bike.
