I am giving this 3 stars because of the fact that I feel like I was mislead. I mentioned to my hairdresser that I needed a new flat iron and she recommended I stay away from ceramic ones and stick with titanium plates. So I found this one claiming titanium plates. I ordered it and when it arrived, I noticed in the instruction manual that the plates are "ceramic infused" and not titanium. That said, I'm keeping the product because I hate the hassle of having to return things. It does work nicely on my hair and heats up quickly but I would have preferred to have known what I was getting ahead of time.
