Review on Stay Dry and Stylish with the Charles River Toddler New Englander Rain Jacket by David Hill

I'm a petite woman who usually wears a Petite 4 or Regular 2. Since it is a child size, I bought a large one. It's still quite large, but the sleeves are 1" shorter. The hood also only covers my hairline. So the rain kinda hit my face. I'm switching to XL, hopefully it fits better, but I know it does will be very baggy.It is waterproof as I tested it in the rain for a few minutes.
