The camera was great at first. Excellent image quality, easy installation. However, after 30 days it started flickering and turning off. Then grab the previous backup and keep it in storage. Over time it started to shake and now it doesn't light up. Not happy with purchase, recommended a more expensive camera or the option of a wired connection. Went wireless due to easy setup, should have known better. Update 21st December 2020 My Revain account is owned by my girlfriend and she has received 4 private emails from her customer support asking them to delete my review. Claiming it impacted their sales. They offered us a $20 Revain gift card in one email, $40 and $15 in another. With details on how to remove my review and once I do so my account will be credited. You can crash and go broke at this company, and I hope you will. This company is complete rubbish, they knew in the email they sent me that there were manufacturing issues, the product was already defective and they are working with other suppliers to fix the problem and they sell the product though continue, BUYER BEWARE! Report this to the seller. DO NOT CONTACT MY GIRL'S EMAIL ADDRESS ANY MORE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
