I have two bedside lamps in my bedroom and none of them are within reach when I go to bed. I love this little device. After I'm done reading or watching TV, I just take my little remote control from my bedside table, press the buttons and the light goes out. So comfortable. At Christmas I hooked this up to my tree and my other lights and it's all very hard to turn off because they have to be unplugged from the wall. That was my answer! My dad liked it so much he bought one for his bedroom and one for the living room. It's one of those little gadgets that doesn't look fancy or flashy, but my goodness, it always works great! I love it!
