Review on Moonrays by Terrence Tucker

Revainrating 3 out of 5

When it comes to home improvement, Moonrays is a big letdown.

Moonrays is an internet retailer that I recently had a negative encounter with. Although they have a wide variety of products, the quality of their offerings is poor. After only a few months of use, the outdoor lighting fixtures I bought from Moonrays were already showing signs of wear and tear. The wired fixtures corroded and looked unattractive, and the solar-powered lights had ceased working. Considering how much money I had invested in these items, this was very annoying. In addition, when I tried to contact them about the problems I was having, their customer support was of no assistance. They were late to react and provided no substantive options once they did. In addition, I had a hard time locating the information I needed on their website due to its poor layout. It was difficult to shop on their website due to the poor arrangement and inadequate product descriptions. When it comes to house improvement, I do not advise using Moonrays. Their products are of low quality, and their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful.

Pros
  • Outstanding client service
Cons
  • In certain instances, unhelpful service to customers was provided.
