My grandfather has had one of these grinders stored away in the garage for over six years now. Although there is also a huge Makita, they primarily used this one because it was designed for residential use. As a result of the frequency with which I utilized a useful instrument, I was unable to appreciate its merits to their fullest extent. I then went out and purchased myself a dear Makita 9558hn, which allows you to cut and buzz with one hand while blocking out vibration and other unwanted sounds. Do not throw away your money on worthless items; rather, invest it on something that will provide you joy for the rest of your life. If you have to overpay a few thousand dollars just once, you won't remember the pain you caused yourself by using that money to purchase liquor instead of a tool.
