later after the fan motor stopped working on my 2011 F150. I found the OEM connector on one terminal was burned. I cut off the old plug and plug in the new one according to the instructions. The fan motor did not start. Then I started replacing the fuses, relay, fan motor and resistor. NOTHING. I removed the new connector from the wiring and plugged in the old burned connector and the fan motor came on when I held the burned connection. This plug is garbage. It looks very similar to the factory model, but I don't think it fits properly. So extremely annoying.
