Great alternative to airbags
Bought Timbren fenders for my 2007 Dodge 2500 4X4 instead of actual airbag kits. Installation was easy and only took about 30 minutes using the standard screws (see photo of installation which shows about 1.5" clearance between timbres and axle. I needed the kit because I have a Living Quarters 30ft gooseneck trailer Bought with 3 horses Curb weight 6400 lbs Fast forward - see attached photo of Timbren from driver's side with horse trailer loaded, estimated weight 9000 lbs $300 - $400 for a true airbag kit that will take many hours of installation and maintenance on the road requires.
