This tool can do almost anything except for one rare thing that I needed it for. TPMS replacement units are designed to work in many vehicles. Each vehicle may have a different protocol and enabling it will set up the TPMS unit with the correct protocol for that vehicle. For example, if your 7003a DILL Redi-Sensor Auto is configured for a 2015/7 Ford F-150, your attempts to activate it for a Toyota RAV4 will NOT work. It looks like the TPMS block is dead. But it's not. Install your Ford scan tool and it will show up very well. This tool will not unlock or reset the TPMS block to the default setting to enable it for the desired vehicle. The only devices I know of that can unlock or reset a TPMS device are the professional Bartec devices which cost over $1400. There are no instructions explaining all these details.
