It worked amazingly and you don't even realize I did anything.
I foolishly grounded a connection in the wiring harness which turned the wire into a small heating element, burning the wire jacket and melting part of the factory wiring harness. After cutting off the old tape and replacing the wire, I used this material to rewind the wires. It worked great and you don't even realize I fixed it.
- Application: as vinyl tape works at a maximum temperature of 185 degrees. F (85 degrees C), it can be used reliably in the automotive industry for neatly wrapping wire harnesses. It is also useful in sandblasting applications where sticky residue is not desired.
