disappointment. bad and good. As you can see from the photo, the bags are already falling off the sheets. The seam that is supposed to close the elastic is just as bad at pulling, overlapping and untying the hanging threads. The ONLY reason I didn't return this mess right away is because I had no choice but to put it on my son's new mattress before bed last night. I ordered this sheet set specifically for my new mattress after changing from a twin bed. Now for the good. The FABRIC this set is made of is sooo soft and noticeably cooler in a dream. We have a 12-inch hybrid mattress with a 1-inch memory foam mattress topper, and the deep pockets on the sheet worked great for us. I bought the gray striped version which looks classy and goes perfectly with his duvet. The 6-piece set includes 4 pillowcases, 1 flat sheet and 1 fitted sheet. The material, tailoring and construction of the pillowcases and sheets are wonderful. I am really upset and confused that the fitted sheet which is the MOST IMPORTANT thing was so poorly designed that it was allowed to ship to the customer. I would like to know if other customers have had the same issues or if I may have received a returned/damaged product from someone. The product was delivered quickly but the price was NOT acceptable as the fitted sheet would not hold up.
