Review on PetExec by David Edwards

Easy for new owners as it has everything they need listed out there in one easy location! It's really not much more expensive than most other systems, so if price isn't an issue then this system should be at least considered before diving into any others just because of pricing differences alone (ease/manageability).

There are no frills or bells & whistles with regards customer service support either -- very basic stuff here which might drive some people mad but I'm ok wtih it since we have great resources available via phone etc who can help get things resolved quickly when needed. Our biggest problem was keeping track of all our clients' records once their dogs were moved over from us by another provider; however now having them integrated within PExcel makes life easier again!!
