Great System for Small & Large Breeders alike!!

Easy for new owners as it has everything they need listed out there in one easy location! It's really not much more expensive than most other systems, so if price isn't an issue then this system should be at least considered before diving into any others just because of pricing differences alone (ease/manageability). There are no frills or bells & whistles with regards customer service support either -- very basic stuff here which might drive some people mad but I'm ok wtih it since we have…

Very user friendly and simple system that works perfectly

I love how easy it was for me as an owner/operator of my small family owned kennel, we have been able to keep up with all our daily activities online from anywhere in America or overseas! The customer service has always helped us whenever needed through emails & phone calls when ever there is any issue at hand!! It's very helpful because now i can do most things right away without having to go into the office which makes running day to day operations easier than before. Nothing so far but if…

User friendly site & easy to use platform that works great for our business

The ability for customers to pay online has been great! It's also really easy, even with my disability (brain injury), to access all of our account info in one place. I wish there was an option where we could have more than 1 person be able to log into their own accounts at once though - it would make things easier if someone were away from home or didn't want others accessing information about them when they're not around. We've seen some problems logging out properly after closing browser…

I like how easy it was for me as an owner of my own small kennel, or even just someone who visits clients' facilities occasionally (i'm not there every day), could use this tool easily! The interface can be very confusing at first glance if one has no previous experience with similar programs but once figured out all works well enough in terms of functionality/accessibility etc.. My only complaint would have been having more access points available so i don't need to go through multiple menus…
