Good quality hardware, terrible packaging

When the item was dispatched all the flimsy plastic dividers between the various nuts, bolts and washers had been ripped off. The parts got mixed up loosely in the box and are now in a big mess. It looks like it will take twenty or thirty minutes to reorganize them.
