I love that you can track all of your food intake in one place, as well! It's very easy to use - no confusing menus or charts required (which is great because my brain doesn't work like theirs).
You have so many options with this program- it really helps me stay within range when tracking calories/nutrients etc., but also allows flexibility if needed by allowing multiple meals per day without having too much detail about each meal individually.- My only complaint would be how long some screens take before they load up after logging an entry into their system; however once loaded everything works just fine at least from what i've experienced thus far!! Tracking calorie consumption has been super helpful while trying not go over goal ranges during weight loss phases which makes sticking close enough more realistic than ever previously thought possible.
