Review on 47861 Powermaster Alternator by Sean Patel

Okay many reviews say it needs to be synced but I didn't need to do that for the GM 4.3 accessory mount x early 90's , it worked fine. also a few reports of it running in "hot idle". So far the hottest day since I've had the generator has been 88 degrees (not too hot) and I've had no problems, this generator also handles a huge load x2 electric fans x2 water pumps for the RV and a full 1000 watt stereo with subwoofers I also had the wipers, AC and fan motors turned on along with all the lights, and it still held 13.8 volts at the hottest idle I could generate in Virginia near fall. My only complaint was the lack of a bottom hole screw. Bucket of Screws I had to go to a home store to get one and turned out I had several, the threads were a bit tight. but that was ok, the bolt cost 15 cents. Overall it's a good generator for the price and I felt great, but time will tell, especially next summer.
