My radio did not work properly when it arrived - the unit turned on but there was no power to the speakers. I checked them all. The reason I give this product a 5 star rating is because I can say that it is a very good product (for the money) when it works properly. But the main reason is the amazing customer service when I contacted the seller via Facebook messenger. After trying to solve the problem, they offered me a replacement unit for free. I will update this review when the new device arrives. The person on the other end of the line was very nice and did everything they could to help me resolve the issue. Two years later, both head units had a digitizer failure. They both don't respond and now I'm buying a replacement. You get what you pay for I guess.
