Don't waste your money but in the end the company was honest

Everything worked fine last summer. I didn't have to travel much in winter. Now in late spring it works but doesn't produce water, doesn't drain. loss of coolant? (And at the perfect, clean, constant temperature.) So it only took 10 months! Don't waste money on it. Dehumidification is not rocket science. Why can't anyone build something that lasts? I'm changing my review to give credit to the company that made this. They gave me a full refund which was fair and right of them.
