First, these orange adapters have a screw that seems to be reversed; second, the screw cannot be removed in order to switch its direction. We lubricated the screw, used pliers and screwdrivers, and none of the screws will budge. That is so confusing, because actually, the adapter would not require a screw to be used with an existing plate cover.The instructions say to connect the adapter to the screw at the center of the outlet plate, but we couldn't figure out how: Is it simply to touch that screw? The other adapters from this company look more like what we expected. I plan to return these. If you are considering this purchase, study the photo carefully: Maybe you can figure them out!
