Why can't manufacturers understand that razor blades/ink cartridges are a doomed business model? The Coway AirMega Filter is a great product. But at almost 1/5, the cost of the filter changing device is more than absurd. This is a high quality alternative. The fit is a bit tighter, but otherwise almost indistinguishable from the OEM product. You can hear the carbon particles tremble in the carbon layer, just like in reality. Our pets and allergy-sensitive family members have not complained otherwise since then. I have two Coway filters and would definitely buy this brand again for both.
