I have a big drawer full of all kinds of painkillers and devices, but that's the only thing I use now. I have arthritis in all my cervical spines and the discs are also quite dented - resulting in muscle spasms and constant pain. Ever since I got it, I've been wearing it around my neck for many hours a day. The power of this is phenomenal, like there's a big strong guy behind you pressing on the muscles. In fact, at first it felt so much like a real massage that it was a little odd. It might be too strong for some people, but it really cuts into cramping muscles. Although I don't like the straps, they are too long and loose. I had to fully extend my arms and pull them to effectively hold the massager in place. So I just fold the straps out of the way, position my neck properly, and lie down firmly on the couch so it's out of the way. I'm not moving I ordered it in December 2017 and have been using it consistently ever since. Works great with no visible signs of wear. Love the fact that it can be plugged into the mains - I hate messing around with batteries and chargers. . In fact, this is the 4th I've ordered. In the summer, when I was visiting friends for more than a few days, I sent one to each address so I wouldn't want to miss it.
