The product is flimsy and not the best quality but I knew that from other reviews. What I didn't expect was that the item came with the graphic in reverse order (i.e. if you view the item from the white underside and hold it up to the light you can read the writing correctly). Such a huge problem. I contacted them for a replacement. It's a Christmas present so hopefully it gets fixed soon
