Let me start by reviewing some of the information that others here have missed about this product. This is a hidden camera / camera or video. now you can start: fully charge for 2-3 hours, then start the programming process. The frame camera takes a photo or video when motion is detected. It can be plugged into the wall for continuous power supply or drain the battery for 3-4 hours. You can hang them next to the bed, table or directly on the wall. As a babysitter camera, you can put the picture in it and hang it anywhere. The camera is very well hidden. This camera only records in 32GB FAT format. Once the card is full, it will stop recording, no loop will be performed. When the card is full, you must erase the card to record again. It took me about 3 days to fill up my card with the move set in the kitchen (note less traffic means more days of recording) It has no wifi, it doesn't record alerts on your phone, no night vision. This is a direct frame camera that records to the map. You can view videos or photos by pulling out the card or just plugging the frame camera cable into the computer (be patient, let it be a drag). Picture is good, line of sight and movement are all good. Records just like a camcorder. Notes: Buy a backup c It's only $7 and when it's time to replace the card, replace it, boom done. Also, let it fully charge before you start. First read the instructions, then play with it and find a place. The time and date can be listed there if you want, I chose not to have them and I also chose not to have Wi-Fi for a "live cam" in my private home ( Privacy?) With the card write process, this camera has no problem with Wi-Fi interference. Now coming to the support: I have to say that this was the best support on Amazon in years. Give them 1-2 days to reply to your email but they will reply and have replied to me multiple times. Taking all of these factors into account, I give it 5 stars.
