This bamboo sushi set includes two bamboo sushi mats, two sauce plates, five sets of chopsticks, a spatula and a string. I ordered it because we have never made sushi at home and my wife especially loves trying new dishes. We love the look of the included parts. They are all made of bamboo and appear to be of good quality. The chopsticks have a beautiful fish pattern on the ends. Everything folds up nicely in the little plastic bag that comes with the set. We've only used this set once so far and found it easy to use, although none of us have ever made sushi before (just find a YouTube video that shows you how). We look forward to doing more in the future! This set is great for sushi lovers who don't want the expensive price tag that comes with going out for sushi, or makes a great gift for people like My Life who love to cook new international dishes. We are very happy with this product!
