Be sure to use TVs with a compatible resolution; Do not use HDMI-DVI adapters
This product was originally not reliable. I wanted to duplicate the HDMI video stream on my 720p TV and the spare monitor I used over my treadmill (all in the same room). This product can't handle this kind of setup, and it doesn't seem to display anything unless there's a common resolution that two (or more) displays can render. I contacted the manufacturer and my suspicions were confirmed, so instead of my adapter monitor I bought a 32" 1020p TV and the product worked perfectly on the first try. My understanding is that I only get 720p on a 1020p monitor because it need to send the same signal everywhere.Once I had a good enough setup, the product worked great!
