BE CAREFUL NOT REALLY 10 INCHES

Every inch counts, right, boys and girls? It was actually 9.5 inches from end to end. It did NOT block the holes and cause a leak. I tried everything to line it up perfectly, but it was too short. I even tried replacing the foam with plumbing putty and still not enough caution folks it will cause a leak if you need 10 inches.
