managr - A must-have for sales operations

I like that we can see our entire pipeline in one place, as well as where each prospect stands at any given time. The integration with Salesforce is also great! It would be nice if there was more flexibility when creating custom fields or integrations (i.e., no limit). We are solving two problems here - 1) having all of your leads/opportunities in one spot so you know what's going on across teams; 2) being able to track activity against opportunities and lead sources within our CRM system. This has been an incredible tool since implementing last year. Our team now knows exactly how many prospects they have ahead of them versus behind them which helps us prioritize tasks effectively. There really isn't anything specific about this product itself but rather management overall. If you're looking into something similar then definitely give it some thought. Tracking activities around deals.
