Review on Task4Work by Erik Barela

The ability for our team members in different locations across Canada, US & Mexico as well their supervisors all over North America are able work together seamlessly via video calls or phone conversations which reduces travel time greatly! It's not perfect yet but we're working towards getting it there by adding more features such that they can see each other while at customer sites/sites of interest etc (which will require some additional software development). We have been using this tool since 2015 when I joined TFW so if you want something up-to date then go ahead with them now because things change fast here - especially around new releases from Salesforce where sometimes even minor changes could break existing functionality within your system / workflow processings!
