It helps me get things organized in one place! I can access everything from my phone or computer when working away at home with ease. The reporting options are great as well (which makes it easy to track finances). Very user friendly interface which allows an individual like myself without any previous experience of using this type of system much room to grow into its use once more complex tasks come up during day job hours. This isn't necessarily something bad but rather just how complicated some systems seem sometimes especially if they allow too many different types of users within their organization/business model. Tracking all appointments etc while also keeping current contact information available has been helpful since we started doing so about 2 years ago now.
