The service has been great so far! They have always responded quickly when I email them questions or comments about my account. Sometimes they are slow in responding but not often enough to be an issue overall. Their website could use some fixes; sometimes it's hard to navigate through their site. It can be difficult at times to find what you're looking for. However, once you do figure out how things work, everything works well! I love so many of everything! They have made it easy with their online booking systems which are simple as well great service through all stages including during emergencies too! Their website has such lovely graphics but also keeps things up to date in such a way when i'm looking around. You can be at work without having constant access or internet so this feature really helps me out! I like how easy it was when setting up my account as well having all of our information in one place makes life easier than constantly checking multiple sites! There are some things we liked but not everyone will feel this way about their service so do research before signing with them so there aren't surprises later downthe line!! We love using PTP because everything can be done from any location which saves me time out at home or away working. Having access anywhere has been great too…

The most important feature of this program are the easy booking options. It's very simple and intuitive to use! I can just type in my number and it automatically shows up in their system. It also works great on an iPad too! Not many problems. Nothing really came out to be super annoying but they can make it easier to get more information from clients about their appointments/schedules (for example). It helps me get things organized in one place! I can access everything from my phone or computer when working away at home with ease. The reporting options are great as well (which makes it easy to track finances).
