This really isn't a very good product. First, even though my Dewalt model was listed as compatible, the screws they provided to mount their custom plate were the wrong size. Even more annoying, the holes in the custom plate mounting slots are too big for the Dewalt screws, so they just go through. It took forever to attach and center her custom plate. The pads themselves are of poor quality. Why they chose such a soft metal for the guide is beyond me. One pass and it's now oval instead of round. These photos of destroyed spacers are an operator error. If you take the time to center the drill perfectly, it won't touch the guide. However, if your alignment slips, brittle plastic and copper will be destroyed in seconds.
