The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.
On shortcomings: USB - devices fall off. Geez how does that happen. PCI plugs break out, and very reluctantly. Cable management is very lame - by connecting the drives it breaks the SATA cable, I had to remove the side wall. I never figured out how to install 2.5 media. I put the second valve on the front wall - the temperature of the hards has not changed. In general, nice corps for their hard-earned money.
