It's a decent fan but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. It's not very strong. Although it blows colder air into the tank with water, you have to be directly above it to feel the effect. It also has a bad habit of shutting itself down randomly even if the timer isn't activated. Put 1 for the remote control because it doesn't have one. It's very different from some of the other clumsy fans who sound like an airplane taking off. And it's very portable, thin and not very big, it easily fits in a backpack. It's also very easy to clean, although the front panel can be difficult to open. As for the oil seal, I'm still testing. I added perfume and felt nothing. The perfume is pretty light so I'll update as soon as I know what I've done with my oils. The little headlights are very pretty. My husband jokingly calls it my gaming geek lol.
