Review on 🍳 TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, with New Teflon Select/Non-Stick Coating, PFOA Free - Purple by Megan Lewis

Just received it today and made a veggie omelette for dinner. It was easy and turned out way better than I can do with a regular flat pan. I just put the eggs in both halves, waited a bit, then loaded the veg onto the long handle side, waited some more, then flipped the short handle side. I didn't use butter because I wanted it to be low in calories. I waited for the egg to set before flipping half over so it wouldn't stick. Medium fire is used, not high. Overall I really like this pan. Well made and I love the colour. It also comes in handy when I want to reheat/fry a small batch of several different things at the same time. So far so good. Might come back with more after using it a bit. April 18th update: I just uploaded a picture demonstrating the ability to multitask :)
