Cables carry electricity the way they should. However, crimping the distributor terminals and coil terminals is cumbersome, so you need to purchase a special ignition wire crimping tool. I know they are universal so this had to be done. The crimps on the distributor terminals are bent 90 degrees, but the spark plug boots are all straight. I want it to be different for my application. Worst of all, the supplied clamps and covers really don't want to stay in the distributor cap and the coil cover doesn't even fit over the Pertronix Flame Thrower coil. Too small. You would think they would supply boots to match their own product. And yes, I have the right shoe in the right place.
