Fits perfectly on my 2014 E-450 v10. The application is only a cold air intake. I've been using K&N for 30 years, it's hard to spend that much, but this is the last you'll ever buy, so now you can bite the bullet. I can't say I've noticed improvements in this app, but my truck is heavy and I'm sure it will pay off in the long run. Only never again will the purchase of an air filter more or less pay off.
