Just a great chair and even better customer service. I bought this used chair in good condition, when I received it everything was in the original packaging and box. When I assembled the chair, it worked perfectly for about a day. Then it won't stay in the "locked position" to sit upright. The chair reclined fully and was not fixed in any position. I called customer service, they diagnosed the problem in seconds and sent me a new part with no questions asked. Arrived 3 days later and fixed my chair quickly. So now I literally have a new chair for half the price. Needless to say, they have a new client who will endorse their brand. Comfort 5/5 Build Quality 5/5 Customer Service 5/5
