It comes charged but it is recommended to charge the device. Each sensor targets a different muscle in the body. (I will provide a photo showing which) There is one sensor that is not listed in the manual. Sensors are easy to change. The device has an on/off switch at the bottom, which you can then switch on and make your settings. super easy! This device supports up to 20 levels. I will provide a video with the maximum setting. I have to say this thing is powerful. The gun weighs about 2 pounds.
