Ideal for approaching corners and edges.
I have used these on a DEWALT tool to polish out damage to square corners and edges and they work very well for this as they reach less than 1/8" from the top of the corners. They don't wear out quickly, but I would recommend keeping them as flat as possible so they don't round out, and slow down so they don't overheat your work. These are good rigid felts and I believe they will last a long time if used carefully. The same goes for most oscillating tool attachments. I will buy them again when looking for polishing pads.
