I'm so pissed. This computer was working perfectly, maybe better than any computer I've ever had before one day it suddenly shut down and refused to boot. I called support, haven't heard anything for over a week. I tried again, contacted someone who said it could be the hard drive or my OS was just missing. I waited over a month and a half for a new hard drive to be mailed before I finally called *again* and asked someone to ship it immediately. Now that the hard drive is here, surprise! DOES NOT WORK YET. I've followed every online walkthrough to figure out what could be wrong with this thing and none of them got me past the BIOS screen. I lost my job because I can't do my job this computer is for and now I have to wait at least a month to try to get a working computer again. DO NOT buy this computer unless you want to overwhelm yourself and put yourself under unnecessary stress. UPDATE: I finally got my computer back. While everything works fine, it turns out that the motherboard is completely dead and needs to be replaced. A frustrating process, but at least I got it back.
