Very happy so far, I've had this desktop for about 4 months and not a single problem. I play Ark and Rust, which are very CPU intensive, so they run effortlessly at high speeds. Overall product construction was great, cable management was great, parts were as described, computer runs smoothly, is quiet and well ventilated. Very happy with this company and their builds!

I was hesitant to buy it at first after seeing many people having DOA or immediate issues with this system. The first one I bought didn't work. Worked for 30 minutes and stopped working. I've been told it's most likely the motherboard. I sent it back and received my refund within a week. I like this PC very much, the processor and graphics card are inferior to my last PC, but I had no problems with all the games I played like Warzone, Valorant, CSGO or Rainbow Six. Played all games on high settings with no lags or frame drops. I called support, haven't heard anything for over a week. I tried again, contacted someone who said it could be the hard drive or my OS was just missing. I was very happy with this computer out of the box. Setup was very easy and I started playing the same day. After about 2.5 months I got a blue screen and Windows wouldn't load. I contacted Skytech Gaming and we went through a few steps and then they sent me a new SSD. They said to wait 1-3 weeks. I received it in about a week. I've had the PC for a few days and so far it's been working very well. My only issues were that the LED fans were flashing different colors at least once a day and the LED button on the PC was doing nothing but me. I can still adjust the colors via software, so it doesn't bother me at all. The fans are quite loud even when nothing is heating up. So there's a good reason why they don't advertise the motherboard. The motherboard is relatively cheap and very limited in upgrade options. I had trouble upgrading the ram because the motherboard didn't support DDR4 "3600Hz" so I had to resort to an unknown ram - Oloy. You can't overclock an i5 or any other processor because the board can't handle it. The front RGB board was not working at all (front top buttons). It was very easy to set up. I've been using it for a few months now with no problems. I play World of Warcraft, the game runs great. I am very happy with this purchase.

The fans didn't work at first. I had to learn how to build a computer to figure out how to get the fans to work. One of the cables was disconnected and this may have been a delivery issue. 10/10 I like it now
