Bad quality and weak support from Engenius

5 stars for the range. 0 stars for real quality and product support. First the antenna fell off. Second, the front speaker began to disappear periodically. He appeared some time after I slammed him on the table. So I called support. There was an apparent short in the speaker, but the support team insisted I restart the base (although my second phone worked fine) and restart the phone. After about 20 minutes I refused to follow this ridiculous routine and ended up issuing an RMA number. I sent it at my own expense. Three weeks later I received the phone back in the same condition that I sent it in. The guarantee seal remains the same. When repairs were made, it was usually torn up and replaced. I think they just returned my phone to me after 3 weeks. I wrote an email 4 weeks ago with no reply. I called today and left a message. Now I will wait and see. I would recommend this product mainly because FreeStyl1 has nothing to do with FreeStyl1 in range and price. But I would let it run within the first 30 days and buy from a seller who accepts returns easily. Don't rely on Engenius to honor its warranty (at least not well) 5/25- Engenius called me back. The employee told me that they did a firmware update. Since I still have the same problem, he offered me another RMA number. I quickly sent it back (again at my own expense). 29.6. I used the phone for about a week after receiving it back (RMA took almost 1 month). The phone now had 2 additional problems it didn't have before: 1) The battery connection was now loose and the phone turned off without warning. 2) Also the function of the intercom button did not always work now. 3) The microphone still didn't work. . So after sending it back twice I have a phone that is worse than it was before the RMA department. I usually just throw it away and count my losses, but I find it to be an expensive product. I will call her again (since email is useless)
