AFTER several months of use I found the same genuine device as proposed with a long range to move around the office. Good listening quality

I'm very happy with the range of my new phone, but I avoid it at home because of the bad sound. I wish it had a belt clip. The antenna is too easy to remove.

Too much tech for my needs but could be useful. The system works like a regular cordless phone as well as a walkie-talkie. The handsets are small enough not to interfere with manual tasks.

Power cord not included (on the side of the box it says included). I called to send a cable and was told I would have to order a cable. Just returned the phone. Previous experiences with genius freestyle 1 have been great.

The good thing about the phone is the great distance it travels when you are in a large area. Products are cheaply made, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and support. I don't understand how they are in business. unless they are the only ones with a telephone system

Pro's If you need more territory this could be your phone Cons of the handset Poor voice quality. The headset speaker is of poor quality and the caller is difficult to understand. I run 2 hotels both cinder blocks and 2-3 floors. This phone has a long range, not a single call will be missed. The only problem is that the volume of the speaker is not adjustable and interlocutors are sometimes difficult to understand.
