I housesat for a friend a few weeks ago and discovered the joys of a weighted blanket, which she had on the bed I used in her house. I had never slept better. I immediately purchased a twin-sized 20 lb blanket of my own. I chose this particular blanket pattern because it seemed like a good one for ensuring the interior beads stayed in place for good coverage in the long run. I chose the twin size since my husband and I have a king and I knew he would not want the weighted blanket on his side of the bed. I chose 20 lbs because the heavier the better.Since starting to use this blanket last week I have slept like a baby. Normally I wake up 1ce or 2ce a night and considered it my new normal. But with the blanket I've only woken up a handful of times in total. I consider that a major win!
