I love my chair! Very comfortable and gentle on the body when you sit at the computer for hours. At one moment we, like many others who have bought this, had difficulty engaging the levers. The orientation of the pre-drilled holes is offset by approximately one-eighth of an inch. We tried putting it back on and finally gave up on the last screw before removing it. It is still attached to the chair and I hope everything is fine when using it. For me, the comfort of this chair outweighed the issue with the armrests, so I kept it to myself. UPDATE 092117 Well the chair is still comfortable but the faux leather material used is just falling apart. I would just like to find a way to upholster this chair because it is very comfortable. Also, don't waste money on a guarantee. They claim that they do not mask the peeling. I ask is the material of poor quality and low quality and you don't cover it?
