I finally broke down and replaced my old broken office chair with this one. And i love it! It's durable and comfortable. The assembly was a little tricky and I had to ask for a replacement seat part, but the customer service was exceptional and when the new seat was fitted it fit like a dream. This is a big and high chair, so it is too high for people with disabilities. But it's PERFECT for me and gives a sense of stability while being quite comfortable. Happy as can be!

I love this thing! I'm a big guy, 6 feet tall, 300 pounds, and I have plenty of room in it. To be honest I think I'm about 12 and I'm sitting in my dad's old office chair. I know a lot of people have trouble with that! Do not tighten any armrest or backrest screws more than finger tight until you have screwed them all in and tightened. This is a great chair for a normal height person. The executive I bought the chair for is 6ft 4" and weighs 250 pounds and the chair rides up too high and has no "thrust length". For the price, it's good value, but be aware of the high ground clearance and hard cushion if it's for a tall person. All of our other options for it were in the $700+ range, so it makes sense that it's not perfect. I'll see other reviews talking about "poor hole alignment" etc, but really only turn the screws half way

This chair is great quality and a great price. A very nice finish that feels plush and comfortable with excellent stability and durability for the tall person it was designed for. I love my chair! Very comfortable and gentle on the body when you sit at the computer for hours. At one moment we, like many others who have bought this, had difficulty engaging the levers. The orientation of the pre-drilled holes is offset by approximately one-eighth of an inch. We tried putting it back on and finally gave up on the last screw before removing it. UPDATE 11/28/2018 I went back to buy another chair - not for myself but for my 18 year old son. My chair is about 4 1/2 years old and still has no cracks, cracks, cracks, etc. It has survived daily dog claws on the armrests and my fat butt is constantly in it. Over the past 25 to 30 years I've bought about a dozen executive chairs, all of which are rated for people up to 250 pounds.
