I love this thing! I'm a big guy, 6 feet tall, 300 pounds, and I have plenty of room in it. To be honest I think I'm about 12 and I'm sitting in my dad's old office chair. I know a lot of people have trouble with that! Do not tighten any armrest or backrest screws more than finger tight until you have screwed them all in and tightened. The extra little play that this creates makes assembly easier. Once they're all in place, secure them. Oh, and for some reason my cat loves to sleep in this chair. It never matched my old ones.
