This product can be used in two ways depending on whether the straps of the underwear or the top do not stay in place. For me, these are my tops (my bra straps aren't going anywhere) and these little gems have actually helped keep my wardrobe stable. In the past I have returned or donated a few tops with cut outs that kept falling to one side. But since I bought these retainers, I just attach the tops to my bra straps and voila! the task is solved. Now I have to come up with yet another reason to buy more tops.
