I have several mops including a commercial one. This mop is made from very high quality aluminium, making it an easy to use and lightweight mop. I don't really need a commercial mop, but I can clean an entire hallway in less than a minute. The mop head can be rotated 360° for even faster work. The assembly was intuitive, a small manual is included in the kit. The pads are made out of 90% polyester and 10% polyamide as far as I know, the same composition as Bona's expensive microfiber pads. If you need replacement pads you can try buying some of the newer generic brands. The great thing is that there aren't an extra pillow or two, but this one has six reusable pillows. Below I have posted washing instructions. This mop can clean all types of floors and I have several different types in this old house from soft pine to ceramic, hardwood and laminate. The squeegee/squeegee is 24 inches long and wide enough to make the job quick and easy. This is a really light and inexpensive mop. All components are of high quality, the mop lasts a long time. There's an optional dirt removal tool that can come in handy when there's dirt in the dirt. I am very happy with the performance of this mop and would recommend it.
